Today’s energy requirements of green technologies need fundamental changes in the design and manufacturing process of automotive high-speed turbomachinery. In this lecture I will present an innovative-differentiated–digital approach that integrates in one single box the optimization of “bearing rotor dynamics stability, manufacturing process and vehicle vibration management”; I’m calling that “PPV digital twin”，It is an enabler for fast, optimized and cost saving solution by adding values to Manufacture’s companies。
